For food safety, opened or partially consumed packs cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@trenchies.ae with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up until they're dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
